Duangjitt Resort & Spa - Patong

The breakfast was out of this world.

Everything was well-maintained, affable staff, particularly good location just off convenience stores. Liked the location cose to almost everything. We stopped by The Coffee Club for coffee and treats, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Couldn’t fault!

this place is perfect and quiet because of the stunning location and the pool views.

Beautiful serene environment

I stayed 3 nights and will be back when visiting Thailand. The breakfast was varied, served in the restaurant. The room was themed and included air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and an iron.

1.The location is ideal. walking distance to just about anywhere in Patong. 2.3 swimming pools that are well maintained. I did not use the gym. 3.Tour desk which is not part of the hotel was very helpful.

1.The charge for internet is too expensive 2.The reception is very understaffed & disorganized, causing long waits for check in & out. It took me 40 Mins just to check out. 3.B'fast was okay. Too few tables in the restaurant for the number of guests. 4.Bell boy could be more helpful. 5.They gave only one key card per room with the threat "if you loose this card we will charge you". the one card per room caused a lot of inconvenience, since my family and I had different activities.The front desk manager will not see the inconvenience caused by sharing one key card per family.

This place was just a great match for exploring town in Patong with all in all great value for money. The breakfast was pretty good, especially the omelettes that I enjoyed every morning. Make sure to hit up the local night market for street food and cold beers.

Very friendly staff, themed and newly renovated room with garden view Good choice of delicious food for meals. Location near to markets & beach and artificial lake and Bangtao beach which was also huge.

An ok resort if your expectation not that high

Big pools, good for kids who likes to swim Convenient. There are 7 eleven and some other shops outside the hotel.

Lovely gardens make for a lovely escape. Our Grand Beautiful King Room was roomy and comfy. The pools? Absolutely divine for a dip!

A 3000 baht deposit feels like a cruel joke for a vacation! Breakfast hours should honestly stretch to brunch. Not everyone rises with the roosters!

great service but crowded at times

The staff at the front desk were really good, especially Madame Layla, Helena, and Imron. The swimming pool area was a highlight for my family, with the lush garden views providing a tranquil atmosphere perfect. Breakfast offered a good variety, catering well to dietary preferences, including Muslim options.

too far from the beach about 15 mins of slow walking

The resort has 3 pools which allows for uncrowded relaxation. The grounds have lots of tropical plants and trees which gives the resort a tropical feeling. The grounds are very well maintained. Because of the size of the resort, one is never aware of the closeness of the hustle and bustle of the Patong Beach area, with its nightlife and superb restaurants.

As everything else about the resort was so good, the quality of the the food was a little disappointing.

Unfortunately this hotel has only nice lot. the room services was very bad, the cleaners just clean the dust bin and put some toilet tissue, they didnt clean the room, bathroom and toilet. the bathroom has problem and water stay. there wasnt dustbin in the lot of the hotel, the breakfast was not good at all. if you ask for good money you have to have good facilities not cheating people. I like to complain about this hotel to the highest place.

Well the good part was that it was walking distance from the Patong Beach and it has a lovely spa and gardens.

Staff at the reception is not friendly and they take all chances to charge you more for any thing.
